DIRECTOR, DIGITAL INTELLIGENCE
A fast growing company specializing in Digital Analytics and Marketing is seeking a Director of Digital Intelligence. This position can be located in Chicago, San Jose or Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
Lead engagements as the senior contact for key clients.
Partner with clients, foster strong relationships, set and manage client expectations, and provide strategic direction.
Provide strategic vision and planning, serve as an advisor on digital marketing strategy, and present recommendations to drive business.
Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to correct any scope/budget deviations as well as provide direction to delivery consultants.
Mentor analysts at all levels in improving their technical and client communication skills.
Create professional development plans and understand how the company's digital intelligence offerings fit into a client's strategic vision.
Provide significant contributions to internal practice and process development and assist in streamlining processes and improve internal efficiency and profitability.
Team with the Senior Partner of the Digital Intelligence practice to develop and grow the practice area by creating and cultivating relationships with clients and internal teams.
Play a prominent role in the development of new business, both with existing clients and potential new businesses. Partner with the Business Development team to provide scope, technical and subject-matter expertise, input to proposal writing, and participate in client presentations.
Function as a subject matter expert and become a visible part of the digital intelligence community by potentially: writing blog posts, hosting webinars, speaking at conferences, contributing to white papers and case studies, and hosting both internal and external training sessions.
Travel up to 30% of time

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a technology field
Minimum of 8 to 10 years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities and demonstrated sales leadership.
Current experience working in digital marketing
Proven leader and motivated individual with a track record of professional and personal achievement.
Advanced interpersonal skills necessary in order to provide effective leadership and communication with a wide variety of clients and stakeholders.
Significant business maturity and acumen required to gain consensus in a complex customer organization.
Creativity, initiative, insight, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to lead and execute in an ambiguous environment.
Motivational and collaborative leadership style.
Excellent verbal, written and data visualization communication skills with experience creating clear, concise and professional documents.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
