Marketing Analytics Analyst - Digital
Summary:
Become a part of the Marketing Analytics team providing fact-based insights to business stakeholders for all marketing campaigns and enterprise digital properties. This role combines technical and business skills including development and support of digital & web analytics tagging code (website, mobile/tablet app), and providing actionable data-derived insight supporting advertising and marketing business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Interpret business goals for development of measurement strategies to inform stakeholders of progress of key business objective
Support and implement digital analytic tagging code (using JavaScript or tag management system related technologies) based on analytic plan measurement technical requirements
Partner with digital operations and project teams to develop tagging routines in support of analytics requirements, and to expand the use of analytics across all web properties
Conduct testing of digital properties to ensure successful implementation of analytics plan
Develop online reports and reporting dashboards for stakeholders across the enterprise including marketing, digital channel strategists, site optimization teams, and others
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferred in technical (CIS, MIS, DIS)

year of development experience using JavaScript; experience with Server-side JS (like nodeJS) is a big plus
Experience implementing custom tagging solutions
Ability to determine the appropriate application of technology and analytical tools for data analysis to ensure accurate results
Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills - ability to generate actionable insight and recommendations from complex analytics and large datasets
Preferably have a solid understanding of advertising, marketing and strategic brand management in the digital environment
Strong understanding of HTML and web protocols
Demonstrated strong proficiency at advanced level in Microsoft Excel and Access; understanding of relational database concepts and query/reporting tools (SAS, Business Objects, Cognos, Access, SQL, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business questions and issues to communicate insights and learning
Web site development experience a plus
Experience in financial services is a plus
