a FSBD) is a leading remodeling company that provides full design and build services for both exteriors and interiors in Chadds Ford, PA.
We build quality outdoor living spaces (decks, porches, patios) with projects ranging from $20,000 - $200,000
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking sales representative with a proven track record of success to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has sales experience, is friendly, personable, able to relate to people well with excellent customer service qualities, projects a positive energy and goal oriented particularly with regard to growing sales.
Previous construction experience is what we're after.
We would like to take someone who has the construction experience and teach them to sell.

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with clear record 3 yrs.
sales experience ideally along with construction experience Additional Desired Skills / Qualities:
Self-starter and self-management qualities with the ability to take the ball and run with it Sales performance and growth knowledge Detail oriented, organized and able to get things done in a timely manner Can work both independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills with ability to think on their feet to figure out solutions Possess a good attitude and a good-natured, positive and energetic personality Hardworking team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent people skills and maintains exemplary customer service while servicing prospects and clients Technically proficient overall and ability to learn CRM HubSpot software for managing customer accounts and tracking sales activities Works well under pressure within a fast-paced environment Some understanding of construction and actual construction sales would be a plus Compensation Pay structure will commensurate with experience Commission based structure with initial base salary to start Salary potential North of 100,000
Key Functions &
Responsibilities:
Primary Goal - effectively work and interact with prospects to achieve sales and provide excellent customer service to support and maintain the quality FSBD brand.
Participate in weekly sales meetings Meet with prospective clients on site and in showroom Communicate design requirements and offer guidance and ideas to prospects Assist with color and material selections Allocate in-office desk time Prepare, generate, write and present proposals Implement sales strategies and follow-up on all lead proposals to close deals and meet sales goals Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through excellent customer service Effectively maintain customer satisfaction throughout sales process Gather, organize and set up job information to turn over to production team Generate new leads within established territory Develop product knowledge and participate in trainings Maintain professional appearance (uniform items are worn) Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, office team, Project Managers and field crew Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales techniques and strategies for ongoing growth Perform duties with high level of enthusiasm, a good attitude and timeliness Benefits 401K Contribution towards health insurance Company vehicle will be provided to conduct lead and sales appointments Other 40-hour work week Please submit salary requirement with application Background check and drug testing will be conducted Referrals are required Why work at FSBD?
