We believe that the high quality old windows are worth saving and that restoration is the right thing to do.
We remove windows from residential and commercial properties and restore them to their original glory.
We also build and install custom wood windows.
Over 80% of our work is performed in our shop.
We are located in Chadds Ford.
We are looking for a willing and responsible person to add to our team.
Experience in painting and carpentry is a plus.
This job is more a matter of finesse and focus than anything so physical strength is not all that important.
What is important is an attention to detail and an ability to self-manage.
We are looking for someone to work full-time as a Restoration Technician.
We also are looking for window installers and shop carpenters.
Installers must be comfortable with working from ladders.
We are fully booked well into next year and we stay busy throughout the year.
Pay starts at $18/hr to start and there is plenty of room to grow.
We also have a company matching retirement plan and paid vacations.
We have a very easy-going atmosphere.
We offer fairly flexible schedules with a focus on getting the job done not when you do it.
So if you have kids that you need to drop off or pick up or you are taking classes, we can usually work around it.
There is also a lot of room to grow here.
Our company has a growing interest in our services and the only thing holding us back is the size of our staff.
